Job description:
Changi Airport Group is part of the inter-agency team developing Changi East, which encompasses Changi Airport's future Terminal 5. We welcome you to join us today as part of the team shaping Singapore's aviation future.
As a programme planner for this mega programme, your role will necessitate you to work with stakeholders including project directors, project managers, consultants and contractors to establish and update the overall programme. You will play a key role in the development of construction roadmaps, identification and monitoring of interfaces and critical paths, progress report tracking amongst others.
JOB DESCRIPTION
a. Identify & develop clarity of construction interfaces, recommend packaging of construction works, support the establishment & alignment of key dates and interface conditions for construction and system packages, including Site Possession(s) and Time for Completion, for incorporation into Tender Documents.
b. Develop roadmaps leading to commencement of Construction Packages / Project Implementation, where roadmap covers activities for completion of design documentation and funding approvals.
c. Identify and monitor Critical / Longest Path (to Handover / Start of operational readiness).
d. Establish programme for interface with 3rd Party / Stakeholders.
e. Support development of the programme for operational readiness.
a. Conduct Delay Analysis, identifying cause of delay, impact, recovery measures.
b. Establishing & implementing use of 4D BIM as part of progress reporting.
a. Identification of Longest Path to Completion + Critical Paths to Interfacing Milestones.
b. Review the Delay Analysis (Project / Package), which shall include identification of the cause of delay, impact, recovery measures (if any).
c. Review the Impact Analysis arising from Variations & Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
