General Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Work with Head Office in devising the company strategy and in alignment with the Group’s direction.
2. Overall responsible for company performance.
3. Set objectives and goals and ensure these are met according to the timeline and budget.
4. Work with Head Office and the Group’s subsidiaries to strategize the Group’s expansion plan in its products and services offerings; charting the roadmap, building teams to achieve the set goals.
5. Drive the smooth implementation for Group initiated projects.
6. Work with various stakeholders for work processes improvement to streamline workflow and drive cost effectiveness.

Experience and Background

1. Had served in Senior Management capacity in a manufacturing environment with regional business development exposure.
2. Has experience and knowledge in manufacturing processes and e-commerce.
3. Experienced in key account and channel management.
4. Having an engineering degree would be advantageous.
