Job description

Formulate and implement long-term strategic business plans to achieve sustainable financial performance and growth.
Oversee full spectrum of human resource functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
Spearhead the recruitment process for all levels of the organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company objectives.
Ensure compliance with Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) policies and procedures, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) labor laws, and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) tax regulations.
Address employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping, HRIS management, and documentation. Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
Work closely with HR leads from other countries to ensure alignment of HR strategies and practices and HR projects.
Manage travel bookings, visa arrangements, and travel schedules – including coordination of all travel arrangements; preparation of itineraries; and ensuring changes are well managed in line with requirements.
Manage office services such as contract renewal, utilities, etc.
Support the tender team in tender preparation, TCQ, etc.
