General Manager

Responsibilities: -

• Devise suitable sales plan and strategy
• Responsible for overall sales strategy development including product and customer analysis
• Prepare annual volume plan and monthly statistical reports to achieve availability of vehicles as per plan, driving maximum sales
• Conduct Product and Market analysis and formulation of suitable sales plan and strategy
• Create competitive sales promotion program to support and ensure volume targets
• Organize, oversee & monitor the daily activities and sales performance of your team
• Conduct Sales Training

• 3-5 years sales experience in automobile industry preferred
• Degree/Diploma holder
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Experience in training, motivating and leading a sales team
• Valid class 3 driving licence
