Responsibilities:

1. Fluency in written Japanese
2. Provide translation services to Japanese tourists
3. Preparation of tour quotations for clients
4. Preparation of tour itineraries in Japanese
5. Maintain customer attraction lists and status
6. Early morning call duties for early and midnight arrivals
7. Assist in tourist check-in and check-out from hotels
8. Provide assistance to tourists in any emergencies
9. Possess full knowledge of Singapore sightseeing attractions
10. Act as liaison to hotels and restaurants
11. Flexi working hours
