Job description:
Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of the staff
Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
Managing the recruitment, hiring, training processes, employee conflict, customer concerns, and other issues.
Conducting regular performance evaluations and addressing any areas for improvement.
Monitoring and improving operational efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Implementing cost-cutting measures without compromising quality.
Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
Requirements:
5 or more years of management and leadership experience.
A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration, management, or a similar field is preferred.
The ability to think strategically, set long-term goals, and create actionable plans to achieve.
Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and market dynamics.
Problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
