Job description:

• Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of the staff
• Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
• Managing the recruitment, hiring, training processes, employee conflict, customer concerns, and other issues.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and addressing any areas for improvement.
• Monitoring and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Implementing cost-cutting measures without compromising quality.
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of management and leadership experience.
• A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration, management, or a similar field is preferred.
• The ability to think strategically, set long-term goals, and create actionable plans to achieve.
• Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and market dynamics.
• Problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
