General Manager

About the role

As the General Manager at Kendai Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the business. This is a full-time position based in the Central Region. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and ensuring its long-term success within the General/Business Unit Manager industry.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives
• Managing and leading a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Overseeing financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to expand the company's reach
• Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Continually seeking ways to improve processes, increase productivity, and enhance the company's competitiveness

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (3-5 years) in a similar General/Business Unit Manager role, preferably within the CEO & General Management industry
• Experience in M&E project works
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team to achieve strategic objectives
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to continuously innovate and improve
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, or a related field
