As General Manager, you have overall responsibility for the operations and performance of the venue. You have full P&L and leadership authority, within annual budgets set in consultation with the Owner.
You are to drive a strong and sustainable team culture and strategic direction, constantly challenging the status quo and looking for opportunities for improvement. This is done by providing a broad range of Operational, Human Resources, Marketing, and Compliance related services; ensuring activities support business objectives and are in line with the objectives, strategies and tactics, the people, and the culture.
