General Manager

CC Kamei, a dynamic and innovative company based in Singapore, is seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our operations and drive the company’s vision forward. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in leadership and operational excellence, with a strong ability to manage and inspire teams, streamline processes, and deliver results.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with CCK’s vision and values. You will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments, and you will implement best practices to enhance productivity and operational performance. Managing budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation will be key to ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability, while also identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

As a leader, you will be expected to mentor and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. You will facilitate professional development and training to support your team’s growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers, will be crucial. You will represent the company in external meetings and industry events, enhancing our presence and influence in the market.

You will also be responsible for establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive organizational performance. Utilizing data-driven insights, you will make informed decisions and drive improvements. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies will be vital, as well as identifying and mitigating risks associated with business operations.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in senior management roles, with a proven track record of successful leadership and operational management. Strong leadership and team management capabilities are essential, with experience in driving organizational change and managing cross-functional teams. You should demonstrate expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s objectives and drive growth is crucial. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity for data-driven decision-making, are important.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus but not mandatory.
