Position: GENERAL MANAGER
Salary Range: SGD 11,000 – SGD 13,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence.
• Lead and manage restaurant teams, ensuring high service standards and staff performance.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain high-quality ingredients and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and brand recognition.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, suppliers, and business partners.

Position Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with experience in team management.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and adaptability skills to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns for restaurants is a plus.
