Requirements:

· 10+ years of experience in steel industry or trading

· Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance

· Proficiency in Mandarin

· Strong leadership and management skills

· Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

· Understanding of steel fabrication processes and standards

Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of steel trading and fabrication business

· Develop and execute business strategies

· Manage relationships with Chinese mills and counterparties

· Drive sales and business development

· Lead procurement and supply chain management
