GENERAL MANAGER

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing work for the whole team.
2. Estimating costs.
3. Developing deliverable schedules as a roadmap for the construction team.
4. Following the project in case there is a need to handle or supervise some tasks.
5. Reviewing the project in depth to determine if everything is done according to plan.
6. Coordinating and directing the construction workers.
7. Hiring and firing team members as necessary.

The project manager is considered the boss on the construction site and is responsible for ensuring that the right people handle all tasks for a single project.
