Roasted Delight Specialist

Need a General Manager cum Chief Chef.

Main products: Roast duck / roast meat.

Others: Wanton noodle.

Responsibilities

Perform duties as a Chief Chef.
Act as a Restaurant General Manager.
Conduct inventory checks.
Plan duty charts.
Manage hygiene matters.
Handle cashiering.
Attend management meetings.
Oversee HR matters.

Qualifications

Must understand costing well.

Must have at least ten (10) years of similar experience.
