We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the comprehensive management and strategic direction of our hotel. This role involves leading a team of department heads and staff to meet the hotel’s business objectives, including expanding business opportunities, maintaining top-notch customer service standards, optimizing operations, maximizing profitability, and creating a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and security.
Manage the hotel’s profit and loss, budget, revenue, and expenditures.
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and feedback, and monitoring online reviews and feedback platforms.
Cultivate a positive work environment through effective communication, teamwork, and employee engagement.
Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for the hotel. Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales & marketing strategies that maximize revenue.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Hotel SOP and relevant legislations.
Handle any additional ad-hoc requirements and projects as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in general management roles within the hotel industry.
Strong financial acumen.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
