FX Manager, Private Banking - Ethel T.

Our client is a reputable private banking institution dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals. They are currently seeking a skilled FX Manager to join their Private Banking team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough analysis of global currency markets and macroeconomic trends to identify FX opportunities aligned with clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
2. Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Advisors to assess clients' FX needs and preferences, offering tailored FX advisory services and solutions.
3. Monitor FX market developments and geopolitical events, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to optimize client FX portfolios.
4. Stay abreast of regulatory developments and compliance requirements related to FX trading and advisory services, ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry standards.
5. Provide training and education to RMs and other internal stakeholders on FX products, market trends, and advisory best practices.
6. Contribute to the development of FX advisory tools, resources, and marketing materials to enhance client engagement and service delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.
2. CACS 1 and CACS 2 is a must.
3. Minimum of 7 years of experience in FX advisory, FX trading, or currency risk management, preferably within the private banking or wealth management industry.
4. Strong understanding of global FX markets, currency dynamics, and FX trading strategies.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
