Our client, a leading offshore law firm, is seeking a 4+ PQE Funds Associate to join their growing Funds team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-to-senior level lawyer to take the next step in their career, working on a mix of fund formation, incorporation, and regulatory matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advise clients on a broad range of funds-related matters, including fund formation, structuring, and incorporation across various jurisdictions.
2. Handle regulatory compliance matters for funds, working closely with the firm's dedicated regulatory team.
3. Provide strategic advice to asset managers, private equity firms, and other institutional clients on fund establishment, governance, and operational matters.
4. Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's global network.
5. Mentor junior associates and contribute to the development of the team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. 4-7 years of PQE in funds-related work, gained at a reputable law firm or in-house.
2. Qualified outside of Singapore in a common law jurisdiction (e.g., UK, Australia, New Zealand).
3. Strong technical expertise in fund formation, incorporation, and regulatory compliance.
4. Experience working with a variety of fund structures, including private equity, hedge funds, and mixed funds.
5. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
