Establish and maintain a database of donors, categorized by corporate (active/passive), individuals (active/passive), and lapsed donors.
Act as a key liaison with donors, coordinating and working with fundraising volunteers to maintain regular contact through emails (templated by category) and follow up on fundraising leads.
Actively grow our corporate network and execute programs to encourage corporate partnerships, and in turn, donations.
Generate monthly reports based on the categories of donor.
2) Fundraising activity management
Annual budget planning and forecasting of fundraising calendar of events.
Brainstorm, set up, and execute fundraising initiatives and campaigns.
Work with various departments within SOSD to produce fundraising publicity material for dissemination through various media channels and outlets.
Responsible for ongoing communication, tracking fundraising projects’ progress and status vs. schedule, timings, delays, etc., and ensure that fundraising project trackers are always updated.
Manage logistics of fundraising events (virtual or in-ground) and ensure full compliance with regulations and policies, working with volunteers to steer project management to final delivery.
Manage, monitor, and update all fundraising activities and events timelines and set realistic expectations with stakeholders.
Manage Sponsor-A-Dog Programme.
Create P&L report for individual campaigns and events.
3) Adhere to SOSD Fundraising SOPs
Monitor internal fundraising workflows, identify and make recommendations for areas for improvement.
Follow agreed workflows and utilize relevant project management tools.
4) Volunteer management
Manage a team of fundraising volunteers and assist in recruitment of suitable volunteers for the team.
5) Healing Paws
Oversee and support Healing Paws programme where needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing and/or fundraising.
Minimum diploma.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good coordination skills and ability to multitask.
Able to work independently and be a team player.
Flexibility in working locations; WFH and may need to go to SOSD shelter occasionally depending on business needs.
