Fund Finance Manager, Real Estate Fund

Our client is an international real estate investment fund with a strong track record in the region. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Fund Finance Manager and the position is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

1. Liaise with external fund administrator to review NAV calculations
2. Review and oversight on fund accounting, capital account, fund performance calculation, management fee and incentive fee calculations etc
3. Prepare and review financial statements, statutory reporting
4. Prepare and review investor reporting
5. Monitor cash flow such as investment payments and expenses, treasury tasks, review bank reconciliations etc
6. Manage audit and tax reporting processes
7. Supervise and review team members’ work
8. Other ad-hoc finance related duties when necessary

Key requirements:

1. Minimum 6 years of fund accounting and finance experience in Real Estate Fund Investment
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other accounting qualification
3. Strong accounting and finance technical background with business acumen
4. Good understanding in Real Estate industry
5. Experience in supervising team members
6. Strategic, motivated, detail-oriented
7. Good communication and presentation skills
