Job Objectives

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Functional Business Analyst to join the AML Uplift program to support QR Management, BAU activities and various new initiatives within bank which undergo a large transformation change.

1. Accountable for overall project business requirements elicitation

2. Driving business discussions and managing the project scope

3. Senior stakeholder management and leadership updates

Support the project delivery phases especially during Analysis and design and test phases.

Key Requirements:

1. 7-12 years of experience in Banking industry.

2. Experience as a business analyst in leading banks and delivered projects, programs of large scale.

3. Should have good communication skills and the capability to drive senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.

4. Should have experience in AML, KYC, compliance domain and data analytics.

5. Experience in AI/ML and workflow applications is good to have.
