We currently have an opportunity for a Full-time Service Crew to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a leading Halal F&B company. You will be working in a beautiful setting with a team of cheerful, happy, and efficient professionals! This is a 5-day work week (alternate weeks with 6 days).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To provide an efficient and friendly service to customers in all areas of the operations
2. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer requests & complaints
3. Coordinate / Manage daily restaurant operations
4. Coordinate and work closely with the Chefs
5. Take bar-stock and count
6. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
7. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
8. Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
9. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proven work experience as a service crew or a similar role
2. Proven customer service experience
3. Good food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
4. Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices
5. High levels of personal hygiene and appearance

5.5 days / week
