We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering neuropsychological assessments for youths, adolescents, and adults, as well as strong report writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually.
Conduct neuro-psychological assessments including ADHD, learning needs, dyslexia, and other related conditions.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations and provide crisis interventions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities.
Ability to provide after-office hour care (Monday to Friday 6 pm to 9 pm, Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm).
Minimum Qualifications:
A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.
At least 1-3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
Expertise in individual and group facilitation.
Proficient in planning and executing online seminars with the use of various web platforms and adept at creating engaging content.
Proficient in effectively navigating and managing crisis situations.
Experience in administering psychological assessments.
Strong knowledge and experience in delivering evidence-based treatments with a focus on CBT as a core treatment modality.
Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
Must be able to provide onsite support for our clients.
Good to have: Experience in providing clinical supervision to other mental health professionals.
