As a Business Consultant, you’ll work with startups and established businesses to craft strategic plans, streamline operations, and drive growth. This role requires a deep understanding of business strategy, operations, and market dynamics, along with the ability to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate must be fluent in German and ready to start immediately.

What You’ll Do:

1. Collaborate with clients to develop tailored business strategies that address their unique challenges.
2. Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement and growth.
3. Provide recommendations on organizational development, financial planning, and operational efficiency.
4. Present and communicate complex business ideas and strategies clearly to clients.
5. Assist clients with implementing recommended changes and monitor the progress of ongoing initiatives.
6. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, ensuring they are actionable and results-oriented.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in business consulting, with a track record of successful projects.
3. Fluent in German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business consulting tools; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
6. Must be based in Germany or have a deep understanding of the German business market.
