About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Full Time Accounts cum Admin Executive to join our growing team at W Space Industrial Pte Ltd in the Central Region, Holland Village. This full-time role will be responsible for handling a range of accounting and administrative duties to support the smooth operations of our dynamic organisation.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Retail/Food & Beverage
• Position Title: Accounts Cum Admin Executive
• Working Location: Holland Village
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30AM-5.30PM)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500.00
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including invoicing and GST submissions.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Perform daily administrative tasks.
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications; accounting software Xero is preferable.
• Handle general administrative duties and oversee office matters and daily operations.

Minimum Requirements

• LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in handling full sets of accounts (bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivable).
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
