Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for aJunior Software Developer with 2-3 years of experience in backend or full-stack development. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience in React.js and Node.js and working knowledge of MYSQL and Sequelize ORM. Welcome you to apply!

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop objectives-driven and highly user-friendly web and mobile solutions using the correct technologies with critical thinking expected.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
3. Implement responsive UI/UX designs for an optimal user experience.
4. Handle front-end and back-end development, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s portal website, ensuring it runs efficiently, securely, and provides a good user experience.
5. Manage the entire development cycle, from requirement analysis to project delivery, making sure tasks are completed on time and with high quality.
6. Optimize performance and upgrade features of existing projects, while also providing support to other technical teams.
7. Good interpersonal skills with strong team spirit. Must be able to function well as a team member in a project and sourcing for technical solution independently.
8. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in backend development while continuously enhancing technical skills.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other related field.
2. At least two years of relevant work experience with proven project delivery experience and the ability to independently develop both portal websites and mobile apps for Android and iOS.
3. Proficient in front-end technologies (like HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (like React, NodeJS, React Native), with knowledge of database design and optimization.
4. Knowledge of MYSQL and relational database design.
5. Good working knowledge of Cloud Platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP) and DevOps (Redis, Docker).
6. Able to independently handle the entire development process from front-end to back-end, including requirement analysis, system design, coding, and testing.
7. Strong communication skills, able to work closely with teams to ensure project success.
