Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,700 - $4,700 per month

(Hybrid Base + Commission Pay)

ROLE OVERVIEW

1. Procure students for Engineering Certification Courses.
2. Manage course registration process.
3. Ensure efficient pre & post course learning experience.
4. Promote course offerings.
5. Familiar with engineering/maintenance industry but not a must.
6. Training WILL BE PROVIDED for you.

SCOPE

Lead Generation

1. Identify prospective industries.
2. Cold Outreach: Manage database-farming process & email marketing campaigns.
3. Warm Outreach: Past students & leads re-engagements.

Course Enrolment (Registrations)

1. Respond to inbound enquiries.
2. Provide consultative sales support.
3. Follow up on leads, clarify objections & secure sign-ups.
4. Maintain accurate CRM records.
5. Direct Sales Channels: Email, WhatsApp, Phone Calls.

Operations

1. Pre-Course Prep: Arrange venue, logistics, training kits.
2. Post-Course Admin: Validate attendance, issue certifications, after-sales support.

Requirements

1. Strong verbal & written communications (English).
2. Ability to learn digital productivity, workflow management & communication software.

Software Proficiencies

1. Customer Relationship Management: SleekFlow (WhatsApp), Slack, Notion.
2. Learning Management System.
3. Course & Credential Preparation: Google Docs, Slides, Sheets.
4. Sales Development (Database-Farming): Rocket Reach.
5. Email: Gmail, Brevo.
6. Social Media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Reviews, Youtube.
7. General: ChatGPT.
