FS REGULATORY LAWYER (4 - 7 PQE) (LONDON)

A new vacancy has arisen for a high calibre 4 - 7 PQE FS Regulatory lawyer to join the London office of this highly respected global offshore firm. Candidates will need to possess a strong academic record, be admitted in either the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada, and have gained experience at a major national, international or offshore law firm.

The role will involve advising on a broad range of non-contentious regulatory matters for clients in the FinTech and crypto sectors. You will be working across multiple jurisdictions, providing regulatory cross-jurisdictional analysis, and must be able and willing to regularly work outside standard business hours to support clients in multiple time zones and offer advice and support on an as-needed basis to the wider business.

You will need a deep understanding of the financial services industry overall, including banking, insurance, securities investment business, fintech and investment funds, with a good understanding of the global and onshore regulatory landscape.
