Job description
Provides check in, check out and delivers service quality during the guest journey.
Checks, follows up, and coordinates daily affairs.
Provides supervision, training, motivation, and coaching to the Front Desk staff.
Facilitates effective communication and coordination of daily operations among all departments, staff, and managers.
Proposes and introduces improvement schemes in system, work procedures, and service standards.
Supports the Front Office Manager and department in ensuring compliance with Front Office policies and procedures.
Demonstrates knowledge of and adherence to property fire safety and emergency procedures.
Proactively anticipates guest needs and requests, delivering personalized service to create memorable experiences.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team.
