Executes all duties related to the Hotel’s front office operations, such as registration of guests during check-in, checking/verifying guests particulars, updating room status, and making departure calls/checks.
Perform cashiering duties, including computing and collecting applicable rates from guests, as well as managing trial balance and shift closing.
Answer inquiries from guests via email, phone, or at the counter, providing reasonable assistance/services while maintaining excellent hospitality standards.
May be tasked with executing room checks, reservations, and public area checks as part of the Hotel’s effort to offer staff more holistic training towards possible promotion.
Execute all reasonable work processes as instructed by the Company or its managers to ensure smooth management and operations of the Hotel.
Participate in the company's sustainability efforts for the environment and promote inclusivity as an employer.
