Front Office Agent
Job description
We are looking to hire individuals with passion in service and hospitality to join us!
Job Responsibilities:
- Be part of the guest service team to visualize, set service standards and expectations of unique guest experience.
- Perform all front desk duties including reservations, cashiering, check-in and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain the hotel property management system and documentation efficiently.
- Ensure guests’ requests and queries are attended to promptly, politely and efficiently.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained and exceed guests’ expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player and able to work independently.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
