Job description

We are looking to hire individuals with passion in service and hospitality to join us!

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Be part of the guest service team to visualize, set service standards and expectations of unique guest experience.
  2. Perform all front desk duties including reservations, cashiering, check-in and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  3. Maintain the hotel property management system and documentation efficiently.
  4. Ensure guests’ requests and queries are attended to promptly, politely and efficiently.
  5. Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained and exceed guests’ expectations.

Job Requirements:

  1. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  2. Good communication skills.
  3. Team player and able to work independently.
  4. Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Candidates with any experience in customer service are welcome to apply.
