Front of house/Service Crew

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Prepares tables for meals including set up of items.
2. Take orders and serve food in the self-service counter and at the table if needed.
3. Familiarise with the restaurant’s menu and be able to explain it to customers who are unfamiliar with Filipino Cuisine.
4. Utilise the POS system to increase sales, print checks, close checks, and complete cash out procedures.
5. Ensure that the workstation is stocked with appropriate condiments at all times.
6. Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.
7. Perform other related duties as required by the Restaurant Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in a relevant position.
2. A certificate in Food Hygiene is an advantage.
3. Able to converse in English.
4. Respectful and able to foster teamwork.
5. Possess good guest service skills.
