Front Desk Officer (Legal Admin Dept) - 11 months contract - $2390!

Salary: $2390

Duration: 11 month contract

Location: The Adelphi (5 mins walk from Cityhall MRT)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Assist operation team to check, accurately record (data entry), update and maintain all digital form submissions in Sharepoint
• Create and update into Stakeholding system for new form submissions or amendments
• Handle queue/walk in enquiries
• Assist customers/Members of the Public with online payments
• Perform data entry and other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Computer literacy (must be familiar with MS Sharepoint, MS Office applications, especially MS Word, Excel)
• Prior customer service experience will be advantageous
• Comfortable handling enquiries from walk-in customers and assisting to process their documents
• Familiarity with legalisation processes will be advantageous
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Pleasant, positive working attitude and hardworking
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Training will be provided
