Job description

We are looking for a Front Desk and Administrative Executive to join our team at Beauty World.

About the Team You'll Be Joining

We are a results-driven tuition center dedicated to helping students master Mathematics through structured lessons and expert coaching.

Our programs, spanning Primary to Junior College, build strong foundations while sparking a love for learning. With passionate educators and a dynamic learning approach, we cultivate critical thinking and academic confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and clients.
  • Respond actively to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist parents with their requests, ensuring excellent service and a smooth customer experience.

Administrative & Centre Operations Support

  • Manage student registration and enrollment processing.
  • Provide administrative support to the Admin Manager.
  • Oversee office supplies and pantry inventory, ensuring all general office needs are met.
  • Handle data entry tasks in accounting software (e.g., XERO) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.

Hiring & Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Process applications for teaching positions, screening resumes to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct first-round interviews to assess applicants' qualifications and fit.
  • Shortlist and coordinate second-round interviews with the Director for selected candidates.
  • Maintain applicant records and support the hiring process.

Working Hours

  • Tuesdays – Fridays: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Days Off: Sundays & Mondays

Enjoy a structured 5-day workweek with guaranteed weekend rest on Sundays, allowing for work-life balance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software like XERO is an advantage.
  • Experience in hiring/recruitment or talent acquisition support is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
