About the role

Join the vibrant and growing team at White Dental Group as a Front Desk professional. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our dental practice in Bukit Timah Central Region. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Warmly greeting and welcoming patients, both in-person and on the phone

• Efficiently scheduling appointments, managing the patient booking system, and following up on any queries

• Providing administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area to create a positive first impression

• Assisting the dental team as needed, including preparing treatment rooms and providing general support

• Upholding our high standards of professionalism and customer care at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the healthcare or service industry

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software

• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask

• A commitment to providing the highest level of patient care
