Freight Forwarding & Shipping Sales Executive (Air or Sea Freight/Hunter role)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the freight forwarding segment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to customers.
• Provide sales support by preparing quotes, tracking shipments, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or the Shipping industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
