Freight Forwarding Operation Manager

Job Details:

• Location: Cargo Airfreight Center
• Lead a team of 10 staff
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm; Saturday, 9am-1pm
• Salary: Basic Salary Up to $4500-$5000
• Experience for Import and Export for Air and Sea
• AWS
• Performance Bonus

Role Description

• To oversee the operations department with a team of 10 staff
• To ensure daily smooth operations for both air & sea shipments
• To solve problems and tackle issues for the operations department
• To ensure proper discipline in the operations department
• Report to the management

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Must be familiar with Spore Customs/Airlines/Shipping lines
• Good leadership skills
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the freight forwarding industry for both import and export for air and sea.
• Able to work odd hours if needed
