Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements

Min. Diploma in Social Services, Early Childhood, Psychology, Applied Drama or other relevant diplomas
At least 1 year experience working with children and/or youths
MOE Instructor Registered is a must

Personnel Specification

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant disposition
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Enjoys working with children and youth

Key Responsibility Areas

To support staff in charge in conducting activities and managing students in school settings
To engage students positively during the programme
To facilitate discussions and learning among the students
To attend briefing, debrief and review sessions
To support in logistical preparation and administrative matters for sessions as needed
To report any pertinent and concerning issues regarding students to staff in charge
To engage parents through outreach sessions and face-to-face activities

Commitment

Be able to commit to the whole period of the programme, usually from March to October
Programmes usually take place on Thursday late morning till late afternoons on a weekly basis.
