Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Freelance Recruitment Consultants who can take on either a 360-degree or 180-degree recruitment role. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience, a proven track record of success, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 360-Degree Role: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to closing offers.
2. 180-Degree Role: Focus on either candidate sourcing or client management, based on your preference.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
4. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and engage potential candidates.
5. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
6. Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and candidate expectations.
7. Meet and exceed recruitment targets to maximize commission earnings.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a similar role.
2. CEI cert
3. Proven track record of successful placements and client management.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-driven and motivated with a passion for recruitment.
6. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
