We're looking for entrepreneurial-minded professionals to join our team as Freelance Recruiters in a fully autonomous 360° role.

Your Day-to-Day

As a Freelance Recruiter, you'll be managing the entire recruitment cycle as if it's your own business. From sourcing clients to placing the best candidates, you'll have the freedom and flexibility to work on your terms while building meaningful connections.

• Business Development: Identify, reach out to, and secure your own clients by understanding their recruitment needs.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates using creative and effective strategies.
• Client and Candidate Management: Serve as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job briefings, interviews, negotiations and successful placements.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Proven track record in a 360° recruitment role, including business development and talent acquisition.
• CEI certified is mandatory.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, platforms and trends.
• Self-discipline and motivation to work independently.
