Job description

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing regular updates on the recruitment process.
  4. Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.
  5. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  6. Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to provide insights to clients.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
  2. Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  6. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  7. Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  8. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  9. Experience recruiting in specific industries such as technology, manufacturing, and banking and financial services.
  10. Previous experience working with international clients and candidates.
