Freelance / Part-Time Associate Trainer (Digital Workplace)

About the Role:

We are expanding our pool of Associate Trainers to deliver high-quality soft skills training to individuals and corporate clients. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled trainers to work on a flexible basis while making a meaningful impact on learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct soft skills training sessions based on provided curriculum such as Digital Workplace Courses
• Engage participants through interactive and impactful delivery methods
• Provide feedback to participants to foster their professional growth
• Ensure training sessions meet high standards of quality and effectiveness

Requirements:

• ACTA/ACLP Certification (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment or equivalent)
• Strong experience in delivering soft skills training
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various client needs
