About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Accounts Assistant/Executive to join our team at Sprint-Cass Pte Ltd in the North Region. This remote role will work from home, supporting our Finance team with daily operational tasks to provide high-quality accounting and bookkeeping services.

What you'll be doing

1. Monthly Accounts Receivable function, including but not limited to:

• Cash & Various (visa, master, currencies) receipt reconciliation for POS
• Perform Sales Submission to CAG

• Recording of suppliers’ invoices
• Consignment settlement with suppliers
• Payments for expenses and to suppliers
• AP reconciliation

What we're looking for

• Min O level with 2 years of data entry experience in accounting
• Good communication and time management skills
• Analytical, meticulous and attentive to details
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax regulations in Singapore
