Fraud Surveillance Analyst (Bank Sector)

Location: TPY/Raffles Place (Rotate)
Working Hours: 5 days’ work week inclusive of weekends + PH
• A shift (morning) – 0800-1630hrs
• B shift (afternoon) – 1430-2300hrs
• C shift (night) – 2300-0900hrs

Compensation: Basic + Shift Allowance ($320 per month) + Night Shift ($30 per night shift)

Duration: 1 year contract

Job Description:

• Follow up and analyze abnormal online/mobile banking transactions activity on customers’ accounts.
• Ensure close monitoring of fraud alerts, avoid fraud losses, and ensure that follow-up actions are taken to mitigate losses.
• Communicate and manage fraud verification on banking activities with customers.
• Analyze high-frequency transaction data and customer account activities behavior to identify fraudulent/high-risk transactions.
• Manage customer's expectations and explain to customers on suspected scam activities.
• Assist in statistics collation on the various scams reported to the bank for monthly management reporting.
• Support the Fraud Investigation Team when required.

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘O’ Levels or Diploma.
• Tenacity and drive, exemplified by the ability to work well under pressure and meet the demands of the job.
• Able to easily adapt to different systems and work processes.
• Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
• Singaporeans only.
