FP&A Finance Analyst

Our client is a leading real estate firm specializing in property development. They are currently seeking a skilled FP&A Finance Analyst to enhance their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain financial models for real estate projects and investments
2. Analyze financial data to provide insights on property performance and market trends
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for various real estate portfolios
5. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making in property acquisitions and dispositions
6. Collaborate with other departments to gather data and provide financial recommendations

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2. 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the real estate industry
3. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
4. Knowledge of real estate financial metrics and valuation methods
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
7. Experience with financial software and databases (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

1. MBA or relevant master's degree
2. CFA or CPA certification
3. Experience with real estate investment trusts (REITs) or property management
