Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process.
Perform financial analysis and reporting for management decision making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and streamline processes.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and reports.
Provide support in the development of strategic plans.
Identify financial risk areas and propose actions to mitigate the risks.
Contribute to the improvement of financial systems and procedures.
Participate in special projects as required.

The successful FP&A Coordinator should have:
Experience in financial planning and analysis.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
Excellent communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
