Working Location - Tuas Link, less than 5 mins walk from MRT

Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist and lead product development from concept, trial to commercialisation in line with overall strategic direction and objectives
2. Identify room for improvements on existing products, ingredients and processes
3. Manage and timely deliver assigned projects
4. Lead and conduct trial runs/commercial runs/trouble-shooting
5. Proficient knowledge on food regulations and compliance
6. Working closely with product leaders, project manager and specialists on planning, carrying out, and following up on trials/tests in relation to innovation and renovation of products/processes at Pilot Plant

Job Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge on food regulations and compliance
2. Degree in Food Science / Technology / Chemistry / Nutrition or equivalent
3. Min. 2 years of experience in F&B industry, R&D
