Food Service Operations Manager (Foodcourt)

Our client is a well-established food and beverage company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Led Area Managers to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth daily operations in compliance with regulations.
• Managed tenant relationships, lease renewals, rental collections, and sourcing for vacant stalls.
• Oversaw financial performance, proposed improvements, and led renovation projects.
• Maintained quality standards and developed teams through feedback and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in F&B/Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in managing foodcourt operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Salary: $3,500 to $3,800
