Food Production Supervisor

Location: Industrial area (exact location to be confirmed)
Salary: $2,800/month
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights

Job Description:

We are hiring a supervisor for our frozen food production line. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that staff follow procedures. This includes basic reporting, shift handovers, and addressing minor issues during production.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor staff and ensure output is consistent
• Complete daily reports
• Address minor operational issues (when possible)
• Stand for long hours in cold environments

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience preferred, but not required
• Must be comfortable working in a cold, fast-paced environment
• Minimal English & Mandarin proficiency required
• Must be available to work weekends and public holidays
