Job description

Job Description

  1. Experience using slicer machine and cutting skills.
  2. Prepare and place meat cuts and products in displayed counter.
  3. Knowledge of beef, pork, and different cuts.
  4. Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery to ensure meat quality.
  5. Perform labelling and simple packing of the meat.
  6. Inventory check - stock order, supplies and balance stocks.
  7. Tracking of incoming and outgoing goods.
  8. Take care of the meat counter.
  9. Assist in customer service.
  10. Clean equipment and work area to maintain health and sanitation standards.
  11. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years cutting skills and butcher experiences.

Minimum 1-3 years in supervisory capacity.

  1. Knowledge and experience using slicer machine.
  2. Teamwork and punctuality are a must.
  3. Reliability and able to take responsibility.
  4. Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues faced.
  5. Candidate with working experience in the retail industry is welcome.
