● Assist Nutrition and Food Science (NFS) teachers in the preparation of ingredients and equipment in the kitchen for practical lessons.
● Maintain cleanliness of the Food Laboratories and Preparation Room, which includes mopping floors, positioning chairs and tables when necessary, cleaning the refrigerator, labeling and tidying raw ingredients that are not used at the end of the week, washing and drying kitchen hand towels, and tidying up kitchen tools and equipment.
● Assist in receiving food orders from suppliers and storing food ingredients in the correct storage.
● Assist teachers to maintain safety during F&N (Food and Nutrition) and FCE (Food Consumer Education) lessons.
● Stock take and maintenance of assets in the Craft and Tech Department and General Office.
● Be present with FNS teachers at all times during their lessons.
● Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the two Art Rooms and Art Store Rooms weekly.
● Be at the school’s General Office to relieve the GO during GO meetings. Assist the Administration Manager (AM) in light duties or when the school’s OSO or receptionist is on leave.
● Perform any other duties assigned by the AM and other school management personnel in the school’s General Office.
