Working Hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.

Contract Period

• 17 May 2025 to 16 May 2026.

Scope Of Works

• Preparing food for teachers before practical lessons and managing food items in the food lab after lessons.
• Managing items in food labs and staff lounges to ensure sufficiency.
• Maintenance of food labs and pantries to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.
• Maintenance of fridges in food labs and pantries to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.
• Receive deliveries and check food items, utensils, and equipment in the food labs.
• Assist with the shredding of past coursework materials.
• Perform any simple tasks as assigned by Principal/Vice-Principal/Key Personnel.

Requirements

• Able to read and speak English.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Preferably 2 years of experience as a Food Lab Assistant or equivalent in schools.
• Understand and execute food safety procedures diligently.
• Be flexible with working hours depending on school needs.
• Pleasant team player and responsible in carrying out tasks in school when duties are assigned.
• Uphold a high level of hygiene.
